• 1) Confirm that you are using a browser that supports HSPD-12 authentication

  • Windows: Chrome or Edge

  • Mac: Safari

• 2) Close all browser tabs and windows.  Starting from a fresh browser, reload the requested page

• 3) Ensure the badge is correctly inserted in the badger reader

• 4) Repeat the registration process
