• The page did not detect a certificate on the badge

1) Confirm that you are using a browser that supports HSPD-12 authentication
Windows: Chrome or Edge
Mac: Safari
2) Close all browser tabs and windows. Starting from a fresh browser, reload the requested page
3) Ensure the badge is correctly inserted in the badger reader
4) Repeat the registration process
